We had a busy working day today. We started with some maths games and worksheets then P3 did the first unit of their new spelling book while P2 wrote their news with Miss Buchan.
After lunch we started our topic "When Gran was a Girl" by making topic books and watching the first programme of "Lisa looks back" about a girl who goes to stay with her Grandparents for the weekend and learns about what life was like when they were young (there is also a talking banana which we thought was hilarious!)
We had a wet play this afternoon so got out the new train set, play-mobile farm and dolls house!
