David and Ben bought in some very interesting things to class. David had 2 telegrams from his Granny, one sent to HER mum and dad when she was born and the other sent to her on her wedding day. He also had some really old photos of his Gran was she was girl.
Ben brought in an old Greenock Telegraph showing articles from the newspaper over the last 100 years. He also had some photos of his Nan as a girl and other interesting photos too.
We passed them round during circle time and talked about how photos were taken in the 50s and 60s and how we do it today.
