Trip to Falkirk

Here are some photos of our trip to Callander House on Thursday.

We visited a 1950s shop. It was quite different from what we are used to with Tesco but it sold a lot of the same things.

We looked at old money and had to count some coins to make the correct amounts to buy things.

After the shop we went to a different room in Callander House for a 1950s dance workshop. We learned how to do the Twist and the Hand Jive (Mr Wylie was particulalry good it has to be said!)

Girls got to put on dotty skirts and boys got paisley pattern shirts!

Don't the boys looks so excited to be a part of it all?! :-)
